My passion for DealerSocket Training developed in 2013, when Ontario Motor Sales, the dealership I worked at, rolled it out. It was the classic version and it did take me a while to understand it. It wasn't until I took a position as the Internet Sales Manager that I really understood what it could do.
In 2014 I decided to take an opportunity at DealerSocket
I have 7 years experience using DealerSocket as a Sales Person, Internet Sales Manager, BDC Director and currently as a Sr. Customer Success Manager at DealerSocket. It truly enables you and your team the ability to consolidate all of your customers info into one spot. From text messages to emails and calls to store visits, you can see your customers journey for every transaction
There's this saying that "Activity breeds Results". I do believe that to be true, however, I want to know what breeds the Activity.
